Welcome To Yerettê

“We share our home with an unbelievably large number of hummingbirds in the lush Maracas Valley, nestled in the Northern Range of the islands of Trinidad and Tobago. Here you will have a close-up experience of up to fourteen of the eighteen species of hummingbirds recorded in T&T, also known as ‘The Land of the Hummingbird’. Hummingbirds are among the most mysterious of birds and are known for their metallic iridescence and aerial acrobatics. They continue to be an intriguing subject for naturalists and biologists.”

The Yerettê Tour

The Yerettê Experience

Come enjoy these marvelous creatures from the comfort of our patio and against a forested back-drop that includes one of the largest silk cotton trees in Trinidad and Tobago, and the sometimes cloud-capped mountains of the Northern Range including El Tucuche, the second highest peak in the country. Flowering Immortelles and Pouis provide for breath-taking views at certain times of the year.
